At decoinfabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
